STATE REPORT - Report given by Joy Reyes - Motion to give $200 to Central OR for their Poker Run - Passed; ABATE corporate registration had expired - This issue will be corrected. Kids Program is active. 6 Chapters present - Valley Chapter not excused; $26,680.55 in bank account; State plannng session Oct 24-25 in Oak Grove - Important for people to attend this event. Need a Products Officer.Ways & Means, PR and other positions..Lost over $2000 for the Fossil Run.
LEGISLATIVE REPORT - M/C Bill of Rights is going to the 2027 session. All members are encouraged to contact your Reps about this. Information on WA helmet issues..The MBR reduces the penalty for helmet related stops - moving violation to minor equipment ticket..Q & A discussion. Get engaged with your Reps.
BIKEPAC REPORT - Not much going on currently.
EDUCATION REPORT - David has created scrips for presenting motorcycle information in the schools.
HISTORIAN REPORT - Working on organizing the historical materials.

Toy Run - Dec 5, 2026 - Fred Meyer gave us $3000 to cover the cost of insurance
and parade fees. Police escort to happen.
