Meeting called to order: 12:30 All stood for the pledge of allegiance to the Flag
PRESENT: Anna, Gary, Rena, Jacques, Trish, Ron, Roger, John B. Brad, Craig, Hap, Dave, Tony, Tom, Patricia, Bob, Eric, John, Claire, Shannon, Mike, Marinna, Mike F., Ken, Cathy, Matty, Anna, Ava, Aaron and Sammy.

COORDINATORS COMMENTS: It’s going to be a quick meeting!
CHAPTER RIDE: None scheduled CORRESPONDENCE: None
PASS HATS FOR: Food Drive and Downed Rider funds.
MINUTES-LAST MEETING: Motion/2nd dispense reading. Copies on tables.
EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING REPORT: Dispense reading. Copies on tables. James inquired if the meetings were necessary. Consensus was that it helps to get ideas and plans more organized to take to a meeting. Thus, the meetings go quicker.
STATE BOARD: Brad - No
LEGISLATIVE REPORT: HB 3542, Lane Sharing Bill - Meeting at the capital in hearing room F. The new Omnibus transportation Taxation plan will increase the cost of gas to 60 cents a gallon. All kinds of fees will be increased. Licensing, registration fees, tire taxes. Etc. Just to mention a few.
BIKE PAC REPORT. People were nominated to officer positions, but none there to accept.
SOCIAL MEDIA REPORT. Facebook 362 members, Instagram 256 members.
PUBLIC RELATIONS: Dave advised the Roadster show went well. Lots of flyers were passed out and lot of signatures collected for the “No Tolls”. Dave thanked all who helped out.
TREASURER REPORT: $29,208.56. (Total).
MEMBERSHIP REPORT: 163
MEMBERSHIP DRAWING: $50.00, Christy VanHorn not present to win. Next meeting $55.00
WEBMASTER REPORT: James discussed a part of the Website called a “MiniMall” where members can post items for sale.
CHAPTER CHAPLAIN REPORT: Mike wished everyone a happy Easter. To all. Remember Easter represents the resurrection of Jesus.
HISTORIAN REPORT: No report
ROAD CAPTAIN REPORT: Brad advised he is going to pass out sheets for rider info at our next meeting.
RUNS & EVENTS REPORTS: We discussed the following events in which flyers will be coming real soon. AND volunteers needed at each event. Swap Meet - April 27 at the new location, Jackson Armory is on Cornfoot Rd. We need volunteers to help out with different tasks. Second Sunday Swap Meets – It looks like Volcano will be on board this year. Flyers in the works. Canned Food Drive – Craig advised it was a big success. $2,800.00 work of food was delivered. Although there were some members there to help, Roger advised it would have been nice to have more “able bodied’ members show up to help out. NO Anniversary party this year. Not enough interest. We are planning a Summer Camp out for mid-August. Our Toy Run Will be December 6. We are getting a committee formed early this year. Eric, who attended our last meeting, is gung-ho about getting onboard. He has some pull with the Portland Police department and will be working on getting some help with escorts.
WAYS & MEANS/PRODUCTS: Lee & Larry, both are ill. Get better you two! Rena did the 50/50. Ron sold tickets for the wooden motorcycle.

OLD BUSINESS: It was discussed that the Fossil store is open.
NEW BUSINESS: James made a motion to sell the chapters motorcycle trailer for the sum of $500.00 OBO. Dave seconded the motion. The result of the vote was 1 in favor and 32 against. Motion failed. It was decided to move the trailer to another member’s home
