EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING - Great meeting! General things talked about. Want to make the meetings go smoother and take less time to have the meeting.

TREASURER REPORT - July balances: S.E.Chapter Checking - $31,302.14 Toy Run - $10,960.25 - Canned Food Drive - $745.00 Down Riders Fund - $5,026.00 - Membership Drawing - $15.00 Ways & Means - $147.93 - Products - $31.00 - 2nd Sunday Swap Meet - $407.50 General account available funds - 14,579.89. we have $$$;need to watch spending.
MEMBERSHIP REPORT - 177 still on the roster. Membership Drawing - $20.00 #126 Tony Morgan (Not Present) $25.00 Next meeting.
STATE REPORT - Need volunteers for the Valley Chapter Poker Run; Planning session in Oct. at Cottage Grove ; Need volunteers for STEAM; Joy Reyes Birthday today. Happy Birthday to you!
LEGISLATIVE REPORT - Per Jamie Dumphy: The MBR will be addressed after the MODA Center/Trailblazers situation is settled. Driverless vehicles issue to be looked at by the MRF. Uptick in motorcycle deaths and accidents. Ebikes/Scooters issue is being addressed across the Nation. There are motorcycle safety reader boards on the Freeways.
BIKEPAC REPORT - .Saturday meeting. There was a discussion about Ebikes. and how BikePAC will have a major role in addressing the problem. When a legislator receives an email from a constituent it is considered to represent 100 votes. Contact your Reps!
EDUCATION REPORT - OPEN - Anybody want to do this?

SOCIAL MEDIA - .Dave still has issues with Facebook. 115 on FB. Volcano HD is OK on continuing the 2nd Sunday Swap Meets.
PUBLIC RELATIONS -. Swap Meet concept to include fine arts, bike show. If you are at an arts event get the biz card of those vendors.
WEBMASTER - No Report.
CHAPTER CHAPLAIN - Mike got pics/vdeos of the bikes and people riding to John Botorf’s memorial. There is a new BFC bible. Very nice translation. Really fine New Testament. Pastor Z wrote a nice note in it.

WAYS & MEANS - Katherine, thanks for voting her in. Talked about products - New Chapter T-Shirt?. What to do with the old Chapter pins?, Idea to create new artwork using the old pins. Need motion to do this.

Family Campout / Picnic - Sep 26 - 27 at Eagle Creek Overlook Campground.
