PASS THE FOOD DRIVE & DOWN RIDERS HATS - Brad suggested that the usual donations be suspended to help out Joy Reyes who was injured in a fall recently. Members agreed to do that. $500 collected - Thank you!

VICE COORDINATOR COMMENTS - Brad attended the State Board meeting. Diesel Dave submitted an interesting Legislative report. Change is in the works.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT - 185 Members - Criag is trying to contact expired members. Membership Drawing - $20.00 #82 Steve Howe (Not Present) $25.00 Next meeting.
STATE REPORT - Chapter year end reports are due; 500 members; $15744.98 in the bank; Action will be taken to restrict abusive posts on our Social Media pages. Newsmag will be publshed bi-monthy; New 50th Anniversary link on the Archives page. The Auditor posttion is open; STEAM will be on March 14th in Newport.; We have 2 2026 Fossil tickets to raffle off; SE swap meet situation talked about..
LEGISLATIVE REPORT - Dave met Dave P & Char R at a Lents Neighborhood Assoc. meeting. They are at our meeting today. Democrats are trying to move the Gas Tax 3993 vote to the May primary, Paul Evans HB 4007 bill to require helmets on EBike riders has attached the Gas Tax 3993 to it. Democrats are taking underhanded actions to get the Gas Tax passed. 82nd ave will have 1 traffic lane and 1 bus lane which will force drivers to use I205 and pay tolls. Portland is continuing its war on car drivers.

SOCIAL MEDIA -Dave has created new SE public and private Facebook pages. Facebook - 424 members; Instagram 323 followers,
PUBLIC RELATIONS - We have a space reserved at the March 20-22 Roadster Show and PIR Swap meet on April 8.9,10 & 11
WEBMASTER - Urged members to post ads in the SE Mini Mall. Websites are looking good. SearchEngineOptimation entries made to increase visits and clicks.
CHAPTER CHAPLAIN - Psalm:23 - If you are anxious or fearful or going thru bad times, “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil for you are with me, for your rod and your staff bring comforts.”
ROAD CAPTAIN REPORT - No ride today; Rides to occur. Another rider death occured recently Lot of things to avoid. Recognize when someone is going to turn in front of you.

2nd Sunday Swap Meets - First swap meet in May at Volcano HD.
SE Swap Meet - April 12th swap meet has been cancelled.
Family Campout / Picnic - Sep 26-27 at Ainsworth State Park. Potluck / Chapter to provide eats and drinks; Logistics to be handled. This event is for members and their friends only. Flyer to be made.
