MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:  12:35 PM;

ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING:  20 Members
COORDINATOR COMMENTS:  Motorcycle sculpture being raffled off in 2 meetings.
PASS THE HAT FOR THE FOOD DRIVE & DOWN RIDERS FUND: Done
MINUTES OF LAST MEETING:   No Minutes of the March 2nd meeting. Anna had a computer malfunction.where her minutes got erased. She has printed copies of that meeting.
STATE REPORT:  James reported that all Chapters were present.Joy urged all to work together.The 50th anniversary pins and tshirts are being ordered. PNWFreeedom run is being worked on. Volunteers wanted.
Possible tax penalty for improper reporting. Swap meet on April 6th at the Benton Co fairgrounds. Fossil Campout is coming up. Motion to buy 50th pins - passsed. Motion to reimburse Deb - passed.
LEGISLATIVE REPORT:  Report submitted
BIKE PAC REPORT:  Mike reported on several motorcycle bills of interest.
SOCIAL MEDIA REPORT;  Report submitted. Visits are up on  Facebook (357) and Instagram (256). .
WEBMASTER:   The websites are being updated. There are new state documents on the websites..
PUBLIC RELATIONS:  Tolling petition signatures were gotten at the Roadster show..
TREASURERS REPORT:   Total -  $33,304. $15,658  is available. -$10,297 in Toy Run - $5,100 in Down Rider.  Way over $2,600 for the Food Drive. Report passed around to members.
MEMBERSHIP REPORT:  167 Members; Membership Drawing: #4 was drawn - Eric Ankerberg was not present to win $45. $50 for the next meeting. .
CHAPTER CHAPLAIN:  The Lord loves you; warts and all. Mike spoke of officiating at marriages for years which is a blessing..Shared scripture: A life of noble character has far more worth than a handful of rubies....
EDUCATION REPORT:  No Report
HISTORIAN REPORT:   Not present - No Report
ROAD CAPTAIN REPORT:   No ride today.
PRODUCTS: $0.00  Lee and Larry need someone to volunteer to do products ASAP..
WAYS & MEANS:  $53.00. Raffle tickets were sold. Great stuff today.

TOY RUN;  No Report

SE CHAPTER EVENTS;  Apr 27th swap meet at the Jackson Armory. Brad needs volunteers for set up and the end of event activities 2 hours on Friday to set up.

OLD BUSINESS - None

NEW BUSINESS - BikePAC report - A person is considering the Executive Director position. Need a Treasurer and a Secretary.too.  BikePAC appreciates the donation from ABATE. Paula is reaching out to the legislators regarding the motorcycle related bills ..

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Discussion on canceling the April  20th ( Easter) meeting. We will make a decision at the April 6 meeting.
Discussion on where the money will go from the motorcycle sculpture raffle $32 collected so far.

FOOD DRIVE:  $204.00   Thanks to everybody who donated - $2783 total for the Food buy at Costco.

RAFFLE DRAWING:  $72..00

 50/50:  $47.00 - Jon Botorf won $23 and donated all to the Down Riders fund.

DOWN RIDERS FUND: $86.00
